The scanty rainfall across the country seems to coincide with the price of rainwear. Prices of umbrellas and raincoats have remained unchanged, or have risen marginally (in Mumbai). A dipstick survey of local shops and vendors shows that Delhi is the cheapest place to buy rainwear, and Bangalore the most expensive.
Now, if more rain meant an increase in prices as well, would we be game?
